Hi, I'm Aurelie,
a photographer and filmmaker based in Hossegor, on the French Atlantic coast.
For the past eight years, I've been telling stories through photography and film, inspired by the ocean, adventure, and the beauty of human connection. My journey began in Raglan, New Zealand, where I first discovered a passion for documenting the people, places, and creative projects. Since then, my work has taken me from the coastlines of France to surf retreats in the Philippines, surf films in Morocco, and many places in between.
Drawn to both the poetry of everyday life and the spirit of exploration, I create visual stories that feel honest, emotive, and deeply human. Whether working with brands, magazines, artists, retreats, or private clients, my approach blends documentary storytelling with a cinematic and intuitive aesthetic, both on land and in the water.
Today, I collaborate with surf, travel, outdoor, and lifestyle brands, as well as creatives and purpose-driven businesses looking for imagery that feels authentic and meaningful. Through photography and film, my goal is always the same: to create work that inspires connection, evokes emotion, and tells stories worth remembering.
Selected clients and publications include Vissla, Sisstr, Pantai Pantai, Anemone, Graine, Milo Hats, Dometic, Hotdogger Magazine, Surf Session, Surfer Magazine, Advanture Magazine, and more.
I don't photograph what the world looks like.
I capture what it feels like.
